My Hips Want Your Hips: A Partner Yoga, Workshop B

 Partner yoga is a super fun way to take your individual yoga practice to a whole new dimension because partner yoga necessitates closeness and intimacy, fast!

Partner yoga teaches us how to move from our individual selves into the realm of relationship. In this workshop, you will be introduced to partner poses that help awaken your sensual energies through the integration of universal principles such as compassion, communication, trust, balance and creativity. We will explore these principles  as we practice and play with our and our partner’s bodies.

Class is for those who have taken the initial yoga workshop A only.

$10-$15 Donation is accepted.

No one will be turned away for lack of funds in May.

Sonali Sadequee is passionate about educating and supporting busy individuals in their journey towards achieving and sustaining wholeness while creating community sustainability. She is professionally trained in the art of healing foods, yoga, meditation, and transformative communication as both a coach and teacher.

She is a certified alignment-based Hatha yoga teacher who specializes in working with marginalized and traumatized populations. She is certified by the College of Purna Yoga.  She has been teaching the movement arts for over ten years.  Her roots are in Hatha yoga, Purna Yoga, Social Justice,Trauma-sensitive-yoga, nutrition, Imago communication, tantra energy, and her own journey in exploring the mystery of Life. Movement, spirituality, and  deep self-exploration have always been sources of transformation and healing for Sonali.
