Yoga for Runners and Athletes with Morgan Bettini

An event every week that begins at 6:30 pm on Monday, repeating until January 27, 2020
Whether you’re looking to perform better or recover from injury, this class gives you specific cross
training that creates more strength, flexibility, mobility, and mental stamina. All levels (especially
beginners) are welcome. Unlike other yoga classes, in yoga for athletes you’ll likely be surrounded by others who are equally tight and working towards similar goals.
About Morgan: Morgan has been teaching yoga and athletes since 2012. She is passionate about
making yoga accessible and practical. As a runner who came to yoga without it being love at first
down dog, she knows how to relate to athletes and also knows how this practice can elevate your sport and life.
