Grateful Heart Healing
Lauren comes from a family of healers. As a child, she learned of her great grandmother, Rosina Cuccaro, who had healing abilities, including psychometry, that had been passed down to the women in each generation on Christmas Eve. Rosina’s daughters declined the gift and so it ended when Rosina transitioned a year before Lauren was born. Lauren always had a propensity for helping heal others. In fall 2014, she began practicing a style of yoga that taught her to manipulate and tap into energy that she never knew she had. In December 2017, she participated in a guided meditation to meet spirit guides. In that meditation she met Rosina, who passed on the gift of healing to Lauren. Shortly after that experience Lauren found Reiki and received all her attunements through Jamie Butler in Atlanta, GA. Lauren is now a 7th generation Usui Traditional and Modern Reiki Master.
In May 2018, Lauren had an experience that encouraged her to reevaluate her path in life. While she was focused on healing herself, she made the decision to transition into healing as a career. In July 2018 she began school to become a Licensed Massage Therapist. She graduated and received her license in July 2019. Lauren practices a style of massage therapy that incorporates energy healing. She is passionate about helping others release their trauma by facilitating healing of mind, body, and spirit.
