Both Lucia and I have decades long experience in working with addiction.  We have both worked in inpatient and outpatient treatment settings, have extensive training in all aspects of addiction, relapse and recovery, and have taught, presented, and written on all areas of this topic.  We are currently in private practices and specialize in treating this disease.  We are long-time colleagues who have collaborated on many individual, couples and family cases together, and have a deep and enduring respect for each other, and the journey of recovery.

GUIDED MEDITATION:

We will be leading a guided meditation geared toward healing around addiction and recovery.
Please note: you do not need any meditation experience, special clothing or props for the meditation. You will have the experience right in your chair.
It will contain elements of attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology, neuroscience, 12 step and spirituality.
Along with enjoying the meditation yourself, you will be given an outline in your PowerPoint packet so you can adapt it to your own work with clients.
