In the ancestral healing method of Family Constellations you can explore some of the threads of consciousness that, along with your DNA, you inherited from your lineage. You can take a current image you have of your life, your family, or your place in it and, using representatives for key family members and phenomena, bring that image out into 3-dimensional reality. By placing representatives in the circle according to your inner image you create a physical vessel which can hold the hidden family dynamics that contain both a challenge and the seeds of your healing. While you observe, the facilitator explores the family energy field and seeks to find the origins of your challenge, which may be something you’ve carried your whole life. With respect for every family member and without judgment, just looking at what has been too painful can initiate deep movements among the representatives. What has been frozen or ungrieved can soften and flow, allowing the healing to touch three generations into the past, yourself, and three generations into the future.
