Back & Hip Alignment Yoga Workshop
This class is based on the principles of alignment and Purna Yoga. All poses will be practiced to allow each student to receive maximum benefits. Precision and understanding of the body are critical.

Sonali Sadequee is passionate about educating and supporting busy individuals in their journey towards achieving and sustaining wholeness while creating community sustainability. She is professionally trained in the art of healing foods, yoga, meditation, and transformative communication as both a coach and teacher.
She is a certified alignment-based Hatha yoga teacher who specializes in working with marginalized and traumatized populations. She is certified by the College of Purna Yoga. She has been teaching the movement arts for over ten years. Her roots are in Hatha yoga, Purna Yoga, Social Justice,Trauma-sensitive-yoga, nutrition, Imago communication, tantra energy, and her own journey in exploring the mystery of Life. Movement, spirituality, and deep self-exploration have always been sources of transformation and healing for Sonali.
