A few words from our friend and local inspirer Radical Optimist, Lisa Wilson. 

More than 20 years ago I began my formal journey working for social change. My experiences have given me both formal and experiential education, experiences at grassroots, national and international levels, as well as in non-profit, government, philanthropy and small business. At my core, I am a change agent. I work at my best in start-up or triage; as a galvanizing force to help jumpstart or revive efforts. During my experiences with non-profit, philanthropy and small business/social enterprise, I have helped raise millions of dollars, designed and executed dozens of change strategies and initiatives both internal and external, and led communications to ensure inclusion and transparency processes. I have a solid track record for co-developing initiatives in coalitions with communities using a people-centered approach centered in inclusion. My clients and past colleagues describe me as a radical optimist with a great sense of humor and keen ability to draw out other’s contributions and gifts to spark possibility. I am best known for my ability to take divergent ideas and co-create shared strategies amongst partners.

Consulting services include organizational change strategy, inclusive communications design and management, culture evaluation and improvement, stakeholder engagement and facilitation, initiative design, and executive/senior leadership coaching.
