Soulfuel Meditation with Kristin Hill

Sunday is the perfect day to recollect your mind, body, and spirit. It’s an ideal time to reflect and appreciate everything the previous week had to offer, cleanse ourselves of any leftover negative energy, center ourselves in the present, and set intentions that will prepare our minds to face the week ahead.
This Restore & Reset class will allow you to open and ground your mind in a safe and comfortable environment, leaving you feeling calm and recharged for your week ahead. Set to relaxing music, during this class, you are invited to engage in 2 guided meditations plus a discussion covering how to practically integrate meditation and mindfulness into your day to day activities with time for questions and answers. There will also be time after class to enjoy tea, snacks, and connecting with an inclusive, friendly community.
No prior meditation experience is necessary, and EVERYONE IS WELCOME!
No need to wear anything special – just wear what is comfortable for you! There is no need to bring anything to class since we have mats and cushions to sit on, and we provide tea & light refreshments after class. Some students prefer to take notes so you can bring a pen and notebook if you like.
Although there is a charge of $15 for classes, no one is turned away for lack of funds. If you would like to attend class but cannot do the $15 fee at this time please email email@example.com or simply send a message via social media @soulfuelmeditation
