The Gist: It’s often said that change is the only constant in life, but let’s be honest-transitions are not always easy! Your attitude and physical surroundings can have a powerful influence on your life.

Join Bonnie Casamassima and Lesley King in this fun, interactive and insightful workshop as they share tools to help you work through life changes, define your ideal vision, and live your new life.

During our time together we will:

  • Define your story and find your vision to help keep you focused on your path
  • Learn techniques for self-nurturing that will help keep you happy during your transitions
  • Develop intention around the type of environment you want to create
  • Apply the psychology of interior design and nature to create immediate changes in your home to support you

This workshop is open to everyone and is especially supportive for you if you you are going through a transition such as a divorce, new relationship, career change or location change.

About the workshop hosts:

Lesley King: After her second divorce Lesley King decide that helping people through the process was a good way to use what she learned from her experiences. Her purpose is for a mindful divorce. She can help you navigate through the divorce, learn the lessons from the relationship and move on to a better life. Divorce is just a moment in your life. It doesn’t have to define your existence.

Lesley King is a Certified Professional Coach specializing in Divorce and Separation.

Bonnie Casamassima Bonnie Casamassima is the founder of Interweave People Place. She is an Interior Design professional with expertise in environmental psychology, biophilic design and sustainability. Her support focuses on guiding commercial and residential clients through the process of understanding how their spaces can be designed to enhance their psychological and biological wellbeing to enhance their intentional quality of life.

She is an Adjunct Professor of Interior Design at Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), is a LEED BD+C Professional and serves on the board of Sustainable Design Collaborative Atlanta.She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from The University of Tennessee and a Master of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design with a focus in environmental psychology from SCAD.
