Yoga of Communication: How to build and foster Heart-Full Connection

In this class, you will be introduced to skills that help you develop quality rapport and connection with your chosen audience/loved one/friend/co-worker/youth/parent/boss/etc.
We will discuss how past emotional trauma may get in the way of how we hear messages, how we express ourselves, and what we can do to eliminate misunderstandings and reactions known as “triggers”.
Sonali will share a time-tested mind-body-emotional regulation framework that provides a safe container for difficult conversations to be facilitated with greater clarity and authenticity. We will discuss how to navigate challenging topics with each other with a greater sense of respect and kindness.
The results of this kind of communication is a greater sense of bond, connection, and meaningfulness in our relationships rather than disconnection and regretfulness.
